Beach Front Cottage Napier

Location was fantastic. Bed in lounge area super comfy.

Shower near kitchen, pressure was weak, tap was temperamental. There was an awful smell when we entered, had to leave the doors open to get rid of the smell. Ants galore through the rubbish in the kitchen. TV positioned in the wrong place.

King size bed in lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast bar to look out while eating.

There was rubbish and over grown weeds and washing on the line out the back. Only one shower was in use and Un usable as the temperature was either too hot or cold. So only my daughter showered in our stay and burnt herself. Her towel was covered in makeup stains. Generally unclean., clearly does not get dusted. Kitchen shelves need whiping down. Old plaster left from previous guest on shelf. Dryer has trouble starting. Couldn't get bedside lamp to work. Not all lounge lights worked.

Shower was disappointing

It's not actually a motel, it is a cottage right across from the beach. Second time we have booked it within a week and a half.

Advertising that they’re pet friendly when they are not. Few baby roaches around the place, have photos

Location was perfect, cleanliness of facilities and linen, size of house, car parking convenience

Location of TV, gap under door in bathroom which let in a really cold breeze
