Beach Front Cottage Napier

Very comfortable bed in lounge area. Great heating, as winter wet stormy night.

Limited choices of TV channels /programmes and needed to purchase new batteries for remote before we even started.

Excellent location and good size

General maintenance required. Power box exposed and tub lining peeling away. Cleaning wasn't great.

The price but still a great place to stay

A great location, an easy walk to dinner, and comfortable bed. It was fabulous watching the full moon dancing over the water as I walked back from dinner.

I liked the location and near to market. You can enjoy sun rise from home.

Freezer top wasdirty. Master bed isgreat but otherroom beds were not for usm as we are used toofor firm matresss, not plush.

the piles are so bad you trip over the floor just walking , the hallway is boarded off so they could turn the house into two apartments the people in the in the other apartment had a party both nights which is effectively in the same house so had no sleep .This is illegal there should be a fire and noise insulated wall between the two properties. tv can only watch you tube thats it, when I rang the host about it I got abused and told tough thats how it is .There's 30mm gaps under the outside doors so the wind blows straight through , the house is falling to bits . the shower doesn't have enough pressure to wash properly with an the drain pips were blocked so the water pools at your feet . This property is way over priced and should be pulled for safety concerns.
