Nothing we walked in and straight back out

Where to start... firstly arrived to the parking space i was given specific instructions to park in had someone else parked there, so after a phone call and a 20 minute wait the car parking space issue got resolved, I then got round to the front door where the key code box was, i put in my code for it to tell me no key was available for my code. So another phone call to try and get that sorted, while outside some shifty character was loitering around the entrance, I turned around to see a prostitute at the main door greeting him. The owner then brought us the key and showed us to our room, walking through the corridors the building had a really strong smell of cannabis. We got to the room where firstly, the bathroom light was broke, the bath towels filthy and stained, pillows on the bed with big stains on, big marks on every wall and muck on all furniture and also the outside of the building is very unclean. We walked straight back out of this room where the owner was luckily just walking past. I gave him his keys back and said we wouldn't be staying. He then became very argumentative when I voiced my opinions on his room. All round a nightmare from start to finish and had to source other accommodation last minute for our stay. Owner has also told me I won't receive a refund which is fine but hopefully people read this before they stay and save a headache and waste of money by booking this accommodation.
