Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Rustig om te slapen en goede accomodatie.

De intrede verliep nogal chaotisch. Niet echt duidelijk hoe de virtuele receptie werkt.

Will definitely recommend. Very well located, bed was really comfortable. The room looks like recently renovated.

In an old building with easy access (x min walk) to restaurants and harbour

Too many. 1. Everything is automated. This has caused so much trouble especially for checking-in process for international tourists without Italian contact number (even for city tax you need to pay thru email) 2. Rooms are small, barely any space for our personal belongings 3. One room has access to the balcony but it is clear that it hasn’t been used forever and a swimming pool with too many leaves 4. Too many steps. There is an elevator that you need to pay 5 cents for, have never seen any case like this! 5. Restroom is clean but no where to hang towels or clothes which is a bit inconvenient

Clean facilities in a very central location

We didn’t realise the property was fully automated and because we didn’t have an Italian phone number, we had trouble accessing the instructions for check in. Once we realised the communication limitations, staff were super helpful.

Good location, comfortable clean room and spacious bathroom.

It was disappointing we did not have access to the terrace or pool - it was not clear that you needed to book an executive room to access them.

Chic and boutique style in a great location. Mostly easy walk from the ferry to the entrance. The google location of the entrance is inaccurate which needs to be corrected.

Quite small room with very little storage for your luggage and toiletries in the bathroom. A shelf in the bathroom would be helpful. The shower drain also is a strange location which could flood if not draining properly.

Accomodation was amazing and such a great location. Checking in and communication was 10/10. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Amalfi
