There was no gym equipment in the leisure centre despite it being on the website. The jacuzzi had been “taken out” at the pool. You had to pay for WiFi and you also had to pay to swim … additional costs we hadn’t realised were going to be there.

The place was excellent and we'd definitely love to come back. The only thing lacking was the limited TV channels , and no hand towels and hand wash provided. however everything else was perfect, and we would just bring these things next time.
GBGBThe site is massive, it is very well kept and they have little ponds all around. everyone so helpful and friendly. The lodge was gorgeous and clean.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. But I think what could make the park better is. More stocked Essentials in the shop as there is so much on the park we just wanted to stay there but had to go out to get shopping items. Also the hot tubs don't have canopies so we didn't really get the use of ours. I think if you have canopies attached to the fence that is round some of the hot tub that can be pulled over when it is raining so people can still get the use off it and then pulled back when sunny, it would be a great investment. Also the leisure facilities don't open till 4 so didn't use these either as was bit late in day. would be good if open even few hrs during day. that would be great. Apart from these three it was amazing
GBThe walks around the park. woodland walks along the golf course and cliffs were nice. Ate once at leisure club food was nice though no atmosphere but park was very quiet weekdays and schools all back. I can imagine it will be pretty lively in the summer.
could do with a few seating areas (not picnic tables) around park especially by the fishing ponds and outside reception area. Disappointed to see empty cans bottles and dog poo bags around the park. We came here to relax which we did and walk and weather was good to us.
GBAll good took towels and bedding. On arrival beddibg was not needed as they wasxall made up. Lovely stay
