Too hot, no fans nothing to refresh, the shower have no water enough, the collour is terrible, courtains, walls, terrible… sounds like an african terrain from 80s … need to improve the quality and taste

Accès autonome par code. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Bien pour une nuit.

La chambre n'est pas insonorisée et fenêtre en simple vitrage. Nous étions au rez de chaussée et donc entendions tous les bruits des entrées et sorties des autres locataires. De plus la chambre donne sur une rue très très passante. Les fenêtres tremblent à chaque passage de bus ou camions et c'est sans compter les sirènes des ambulances car l'immeuble se situe dans un carrefour. Pas assez de pression dans la douche.

Conveniently located for a short walk into Edinburgh centre, or regular buses just outside. Room was in presented in a clean condition. Tea/Coffee sachets, soap etc provided. Timely communication via the app regarding check in. Bed & pillows were okay & bedding & towels nicely laundered. Didn't take the breakfast option so can't comment on that. Free wifi provided (but it wasn't the fastest)

The property is un-manned and accessed via a key code for both the entrance, and another for the room door. Our room key code was changed on the second day of our stay, which was a bit inconvenient and involved scrambling around to retrieve the new code from my email late at night after a full day of Fringe festivities! The property and contents are dated - window for example was original sash which meant the road sounds were very audible. We had a family room on the ground floor containing a double and a single divan, very small ensuite with a sliding door which was stuck cracked open. The parking spaces are tucked away at the rear of the property, accessed via a very tight alley.
