Royal Canaan Nairobi Hotel

朝食のバリエーションが少なかったこと。 スタッフに卵料理やコーヒーを頼んでも、提供されるまでに時間がかかった。 部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった。

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. Money exchange was available at the front desk, a nice perk. Breakfast was served at reasonable varied time and there was plenty to choose from.

I had a lot of issues with water temperature in my bathroom; The water shower will only spew out cold/warm water every so often and I had to get an engineer each time to address this. This was very inconvenient and impacted my schedule a lot of times. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the quality of towels were lacking for a 4-star hotel.

I like the staff they were all friendly and welcoming , the location of the hotel was very great . The hotel was very clean everywhere the room was clean too . .

I didn’t like the breakfast I had — there wasn’t enough variety. It felt like 2-star hotel . I didn’t enjoy it, and there weren’t many options. The croissants and other food didn’t taste good. The shower water leaked out while I was using it, and the room was very small. Overall, it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

The small amenities kits are hardly enough for 2 showers a day.
