Royal Canaan Nairobi Hotel

The food was halal which was great. Room service was fairly decent.

The bathrooms are poorly designed and afford little privacy especially if the family involves a child. There are no hooks to hang clothes within the bathrooms. Some stuff in the room service was overcharged upon checkout so make sure that this is handled.

We liked the hotel, the service, the breakfast, and the gym facilities, overall, it was a really nice stay. We also like the fact that the hotel gave us easily a late check out. Very much appreciated!

The dinner we ordered could be improved,the taste wasn’t quite up to the mark, although the portion size was sufficient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities are impressively modern one standout feature was the automatic door sign system for "Clean" or "Do Not Disturb," which was both convenient and thoughtful. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great job to the entire team!
