Location is great, staff is awesome and welcoming. Parking and facilities are meeting the expectations. The view from the room straight into the surf lineup, which is awesome! Will stay there again. Perfect place with garden and pool.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig dort gebucht. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste- so schien es zumindest. Die Lady, die dort arbeitet, war sehr nett, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Zu dem Besitzer hatten wir keinen Kontakt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Sehr schöne Aussicht und Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen. Gibt ne Allgemeinküche. Air con vorhanden.

Unterkunft schwer zu finden, weil außerhalb kein Schild. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wie bereits von anderen geschrieben, entsprechen Beschreibung und Fotos nicht mehr der Realität. Pool außer Betrieb. Sauberkeit naja. Einer sehr einfachen Indo Unterkunft entsprechend. Wie hatten jedoch keine Bisse von Bettwanzen oder Ähnliches (diesbezüglich hatte ich Sorge). Bettbezug war scheinbar frisch. Hatte aber paar alte Flecken. Hatten wir aber auch schon in anderen Indo Unterkünften für teureres Geld. Seiden Schlafsack am besten mitnehmen. Warmwasser nicht vorhanden. Toilettengang im Stehen zu empfehlen. Aber auch in der Preisklasse nicht mehr erwartet. Eine Vorgängerin hatte geschrieben, dass der Hund Vorort irgendwie gefährlich sei, können wir jetzt nicht bestätigen. War scheu und hat sein eigenes Ding gemacht. Glaub wenn man ihn in Ruhe lässt, tut er nichts. Sieht auch nicht gefährlich oder so aus. Mittelgrosser Hund. Gesamt: Wenn man sich wenig erwartet und lediglich eine günstige Unterkunft für eine Nacht sucht, ist es in Ordnung.

The entire listing is one big lie and the “owner” doesn’t change it after many complaints. - the entire place was extremely filthy when I arrived, not cleaned in ages and no one was there to welcome me - no hot water and water pressure is very very low. Some guests left because of this. - i left the place because I couldn’t stand the bs any longer - even though it’s close to the beach like 5 minutes walking, it is NOT beachfront - there is no “private beach” - there are surfboards in the garage but they don’t have fins and there is no wax - there is a lot of random unnecessary stuff stored in the garage and stuff that old guests left - there are no on site yoga classes as listed - there is no laundry service with additional charge as listed. You have to bring it yourself to the laundromat - the pool does NOT work for a long time already but the owner doesn’t remove it from the listing and even lies that it is not possible to remove it. It made me so angry because it was the reason I booked the place - the pool is covered with a blue sheet but it not fully secured so it is dangerous for children and pets that roam around in the garden. My puppy almost fell in the 3 meters empty pool and I hurt myself to save her - there is a not friendly dog named Faith in the property. Even though i feel bas for her because it’s a rescue from a previous guest, I didn’t like the fact that I had to be extremely cautious around her with my puppy. She also bit my puppy which made me feel stressed. Housekeeping lady downplays it by saying that she is vaccinated but the other guests also told me that the dog almost bit them - the entire place is extremely dirty. All equipment in kitchen is super dirty - the rooms smell like people that haven’t washed themselves in ages - all sheets have yellow stains on them. The housekeeping lady said it doesn’t come out even after laundry but I told her to buy new sheets if that’s the case.

The accommodation was very hard to gain access to. There was no contact from the property staff prior to arrival. Even though I messaged with my arrival time of 1500hrs. I couldn’t find the building as there was no name attached outside. I couldn’t get in as it was all locked up. The contact number and WhatsApp didn’t connect or receive a reply from. We waited outside for an hour before a fellow guest let us in. Once in there was no info on which room was ours. The fellow guest basically checked us in and gave us all the info needed. The room was filthy. Under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Old plastic water bottles, tissues and hair. The sheets were heavily stained and the pillow case where dirty with use. The bathroom had toothpaste stains and dirt on the shower floor. I was genuinely thinking that I was in a room that was already in use. There was no hot water at all in the bathroom and the pool was out of action and empty. The hot water and pool issues had been reported in June via previous reviews but nothing had changed. In the morning after 1 of 3 nights booked and payed for, we left. We spoke with the house keeper who was in and cleaning. A very nice lady and very accommodating. And informed that there is no hot water at the whole building and hasn’t been any for a long time. Same for the pool. It’s been out of action for several months. The owner is Australian and will not am end the BOOKING.COM details. The contact details on the website are incorrect so you have no chance of communication with the site, ever. The area is a let down as well. It’s like it’s had limited investment into the beach area years ago and now it’s a forgotten asset. It’s a dump really and you shouldn’t waste your money coming here when Bali has so many beautiful places.
