Balian Seaview Surf Villas

Loved the room, it had a great view we could see the surf from. The room was nice and big, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Really nice staff too.

The bed was a bit creaky but was actually super comfortable so it didn't bother us

The location was incredible—it was so relaxing to hear the waves and open the window to the sea breeze, with the ocean just across the road. The managing staff was incredibly helpful, and I loved that I could bring my dog along to stay.

There was no Wi-Fi, and when I checked in, there was no one to greet or assist me (it seems the owner doesn’t communicate bookings with the staff, which led to some stress with other guests and issues with double bookings). The room could use more furniture—perhaps a bedside lamp and a comfortable chair or couch. As it stands, it’s just a bed in a room.

Fantastic location so close to the surf beach. The hosts Lina and Wayan are tops. I stayed in the self detached room put the back and the room was great.

Hot water for the shower and a Lismore water pressure would be nice but managed ok as is.

The location, the staff, the privacy and comfort exceeded my expectations. Will be back.

That I couldn’t stay longer due to having to go back to reality/work.

The location is strategic just in front of beach. And on the second floor there’s balcony to enjoy sunrise. And the staff is super friendly

The garden and the grass need to be more caring

You can see the waves from the second story bedroom and it's a 3 minute walk to the beach. It had a stocked kitchen, filtered water station, nice pool, cold a/c, and a comfy bed.
