"Lovely, central, cosy cottsge stay"

Lovely holiday home, perfect for four people. We had a lovely stay, kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable.

The property was perfect for our needs, but perhaps not for everyone as the stairs to the bedrooms were quite steep. There’s also only one proper shower in the en suite upstairs. The second bedroom has to use the bathroom on the ground floor, which means going down the steep steps. That bathroom only has a bathtub with a handheld shower attachment and a sloping ceiling, so it’s not ideal for taller guests.

Excellent position on Aldeburgh High Street. Suitably equipped for short stay. Mostly, very clean. Comfortable beds.

Noisy. As expected, with fish and chip shop next door and busy high street. Big spiders’ web on kitchen window.

Bath , constant hot water , comfortable bed, outdoor space - but the garden was in need of care and attention to make it more inviting . It looked abandoned !!

Coming out of the front door to face the chip shop bins , public toilets down the side of the cottage. No toilet roll holder in en-suite , no full length mirror in either bedroom , no holder in shower en-suite for shower gel etc

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Pelican Cottage and would happily stay there again!!"

We loved the location of the property. We were lucky with the parking in the street during our stay as we were out most of the days and back in time for the parking restrictions.

The property could do with a little attention in some areas. The windows didn’t shut very well in the green bedroom. There was no toilet roll holder in the en suite and no bins in the bedrooms.

The location was excellent - the property was just like the pictures and we were made aware of steep stairs , Parking was easy

The little patio garden good to do with a little bit of love but it by no means ruined the stay just a small observation

"Great house in excellent location"

Excellent location, clean house had everything we needed.

Not a negative for us but stairs are very steep, we were warned. Downstairs bathroom was a bit tight.
