Location. Simplicity. Uncluttered. Courtyard.

The TV controls days notcrotk. Inadequate instructions. Office put me on phone to technician who instructed me on how to fix it. Instructions already followed. Familiar eith a himax box. He later came round. Loss of use of tv for near half stay.

Location was perfect. Property was spacious.

A 2nd key, a radio and a full length mirror would have been useful. The TV controls were complicated. We had to bring the bedroom cushions down to use on the very deep settees.

Great location, close to our favourite restaurants and pubs. Clean and generally well equipped. Good value for money in Aldeburgh. It was great to have an outside space and a real sun-trap in the evening.

Decor a little tired and in need of a refresh. Garden could be a wonderful oasis with a little more attention to comfort. TV system needs a major review. We were restricted to one channel due, it seems, to a problem with the satellite. Although we spent most of our time out, we enjoy a late night film, but it was not possible as there was no signal. Clearly been flagged by previous hirers, but problem not rectified.

The property is well located in Aldeburgh on the Main Street with plenty of facilities within walking distance. It is well appointed with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday, whether you self cater or eat out.

The internal stairs are quite steep with narrow steps, and would benefit from an additional hand rail.

Great location. Well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Light and bright. Brilliant place to enjoy Aldeburgh from.

Steep stairs might not suit some people. Chip shop queue on High St occasionally noisy but it shuts early so not really a problem. Didn’t bother us.

Clean and tidy and central location.

While centrally located, the alleyway to the side of the property (by the front door) with public toilets and the trade waste bins for the neighbouring fish and chip shop is not pleasant.
