La habitación que nos dieron tenía un hueco grande que daba la sensación de siempre permanecer abierta, se podría poner algo para tapar para mejorar la sensación de seguridad y privacidad. El baño y la cocina estaban sucios, no daba la impresión de limpieza en la casa en general. Hubo una discusión de una pareja de huéspedes muy desagradable que daba la sensación de mucha inseguridad. La ubicación se siente insegura. Tenían al perro atado dentro de la casa... La persona voluntaria dormía en el salón. La relación calidad-precio es mala.

Description to get to the accomodation from the owner were amazing. Better look at them as it can be a bit tricky to find but I think that will be with every accomodation in Guanajuato because of the structure of the town. The manager Elisa was really friendly and the accomodation was around 15 min from the center of the town by foot. If you love your privacy, you should be careful which room you are booking as there are all together as far as I could see it 3 rooms. One is on the bottom, which we had. I recommend this one if you love a quiet private place (no window). It is the only room on that floor and you don't see and hear much from the rest of the house. The other 2 are upstairs with the kittchen and bathroom. One of the "room" is just 2 beds in the living room which get closed up by a curtain. As per the smell reported by other reviews, there is a smell, but it I'd not due to cleanliness from the house or the sweet dog. The drainage in the neighbourhood is bad, and it smells all throughout the neighbourhood, and I think comes through the sink/shower drains etc. The price is really fair. Don't expect a hilton but if you are a backpacker it's good enough. The contact to the owner and manager is really good.

I spent two pleasant nights in this room. The landlord is a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable person. He helped me book a car using his mobile app and gave me a lot of assistance. My other Chinese friends have also received a great deal of help from him. We had a very pleasant stay here, and I believe you will have a wonderful experience here too. You can cook in the room, which is very valuable. If you stay here for two to three days, being able to cook for yourself will be very comfortable.
