Ottima posizione nel centro di Campitello e con i servizi vicino. Buon servizio spa, letti comodi. Accoglienza reception molto cordiale.

Colazione migliorabile, camere un po' datate, come la struttura. Servizio della colazione un po' agitato e non troppo cordiale che ha un occhio di riguardo per chi consuma la cena, cosa che non trovo corretta dato che comunque si è ospiti dell'hotel.

very friendly staff, big comfortable room, very interesting yummy dinner experience every night! we got to eat a 4 course meal every night and it was almost too much food. but it was exciting to have different menus every night after a tiring day of hiking in the dolomites. it let us try a lot of new foods we may not have normally ordered. the breakfast was a big variety too and you can order eggs and bacon from the waiters. that was the only cooked food. the rest were pastries, cakes, hams, cheese, breads, salad, yoghurt, fresh juices etc. also there is a spa in the basement that operates around 3-8pm and it had hot jacuzzis, hot saunas, cold baths and a relaxation room! just note it gets crowded nearing dinner time so go earlier if you mind it. the attire is swimwear. bathrobes are provided in the room. i enjoyed it and went twice out of our 4 nights here.

the general location of the hotel is by the roadside, among many other hotels. our room faced the carpark/road so it wasn’t very private/peaceful. for hiking in the dolomites, the distance to various starting points was alright but perhaps not the most optimal. the town is also much smaller than the popular dolomites towns (as expected). but the dinner and the spa experience made this a fun place to stay.

Amazing breakfast with everything you could wish for. Hard working people who you can count on everyday. Interesting dinner options (4 courses!) and was so nice to enjoy of the wellness after a full day of hiking.

We were located on the first floor, just above the restaurant which is noisy evenings and early mornings. Only minor I can think of.

Wir haben die Lage und den ausserordentlich netten Service sehr genossen. Das Essen ist extrem gut und auch die Zimmer sind immer topp gereinigt. Ob man jeden Tag Handtücher wechseln muss, darüber lässt sich streiten. Eigentlich nicht zwingend erforderlich. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener entspannter Aufenthalt.

Eine Infomappe auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen in der vielleicht die wichtigsten Adressen und vor allem eine Anleitung zur Regulierung der Heizung beschrieben wäre.
