We stayed at Lakeside Cottage by Clover from November 15-16, 2024. This is an honest review, and while I'll try to highlight the positives, it is very challenging given our experience. There are many horrible photos we took, but we can only add four here. We have uploaded all the photos to Google My Business for further verification. This property has two bathrooms, both of which were wet upon arrival. It seems the management does not know that bathrooms should be provided in a dry condition. There are two rooms at this property. When I checked in, I inspected one room, and the two beds there seemed okay. However, in the second room, one bed was fine, but the other bed had hairs on the pillowcases, bedsheets, and even on the chair. A mistake in cleaning can happen, but not changing the bedsheets after previous guests is unacceptable. It shows a lack of basic hygiene and care from the hosts. Avoid this property at all costs unless there is a change in ownership or management. The bedrooms had moldy curtains, and the overall state of cleanliness was poor. The bathrooms were in terrible condition, with stained and unclean toilet seats. The bathrooms also had a strong, unpleasant smell, especially from the commode. The hot water machine looks old, half-broken, and potentially dangerous, posing a risk of electric accidents. In one room, the bathroom walls had hairs stuck to both the shower area and the sink. Windows, mirrors, and tables throughout the property were very dirty. It’s evident that no effort was made to clean them, not even a quick wipe-down with a cleaning product. I have attached photos as proof of everything mentioned. We urge the hosts to treat their guests with basic respect and provide a clean and hygienic environment.

The hotel scenery in the morning is absolutely beautiful, with a serene ambiance that sets a perfect tone for the day. The uncle and aunty were incredibly kind and full of hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and properly arranged, adding to the overall comfort. The environment is calm and quiet, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.

We stayed one night at the lakeside cottage by clover on 16-17th September. it was a very clam and clean place. And the owner of the property was very friendly and hosted us very well. I highly recommend this property. Thank you.
