Location clean and responsive host

The dining chairs are really uncomfortable. Otherwise it was great.

Super central, quiet, lovely block of apartments, stylish and spacious. We loved it!

Everything was great except for the following 3 things: The first bedroom shelving was awkwardly placed, and I always needed to duck my head not to hit it. Both bedrooms had no bedside tables, and in the second bedroom, we had to find a way of balancing the provided lamp on the edge of the chair (used as a bedside table). Not all lamps work, although there were enough alternatives. The most unfortunate part was the spare toilet&shower. There was a constant foul sewage system smell. No amount of hours of extractor function could combat this issue. A tiny bottle with ambiance perfume sticks was placed at the bottom of the wash basin. However this was completely empty, as well as covered in large amounts of dust.

Location very handy for our needs!

God beliggenhed. Tæt på centrum, hvilket selvfølglig gjorde, at der var en del støj fra gaden. Også om natten. Men dejlig lejlighed og et plus at der var 2 badeværelser.

Aircondition var ikke så effektiv. Grundet støj fra gaden, var det svært at have dørene til de franske altaner åbne om natten, så det var varmt.

The air conditioner in the bedroom doesn’t work, it was very hot at night. There is a second A/C in the kitchen but it doesn’t manage to cool off such a big space.

The property was well situated within easy walking distance of Piazza Maggiore

We were asked to arrive at the property at 1500, which we duly did. Unfortunately it was not ready for our occupation so we were given a key and told to come back later. The apartment is also badly ventilated and the smell from the second toilet was particularly fetid, be it from damp or poor drainage. There was no lamp in the second bedroom and no bedside tables in either room. We had to improvise by taking chairs from the dining room. Towels provided were threadbare and there is only one socket in the kitchen ,which was wholly inadequate. The door handle was also falling off in the second bedroom . I find it hard to believe that the apartment has a score of 8.7 on Booking.com’s site.

Spotless and spacious. Quiet. 1st floor and lift if needed for bags. Location was perfect. Bathrooms excellent with good showers.

Nothing really but just felt it was expensive for our dates.

2nd Shower room had a constant smell of sewer.
