Proprietario gentilissimo e l'appartamento dotato di tutto.

Farmi la doccia fredda al mattino, reduce da un'influenza impegnativa. Purtroppo la caldaia è molto datata e scalda bene i termosifoni ma non scalda l'acqua sanitaria la quale risulta appena tiepida.

Troppo distante dal centro storico e dai servizi Per arrivare agevolmente in centro serve l auto, a piedi è abbastanza distante, e in alcuni tratti la strada è priva di marciapiedi.
