This is an exceptionally spacious apartment in a condominium located within a Treviso suburb, The grounds of the property are very pleasant. Although the location appears to better suit a car user, there is a bus service (MOM line 10) close to the property. Line 10 runs to/from the central railway station which is also the stop for the airport bus. There are very few facilities (shops, restaurants) adjacent to the property but there are several accessible on foot (the terrain is flat) or by the line 10 bus. MOM offers multi-day tickets which are very good value.

The host spoke only a bit of English and I spoke only a bit of Italian so it was difficult to understand

Filippo was very organised and made the check in, quick, smooth and simple. The apartment was spotless and everything required was available.

Small point, but arrived at the property early evening on a Saturday, although there was tea, sugar and biscuits, milk was not available and would have been a nice touch as shops were difficult to find in the local area at that time of day.

Very quiet location, regular bus service into town from around the corner of the apartment. The bed was amazingly comfortable, quite possibly the best that I have ever slept in while travelling. Apartment was rather out-dated with the decor, but was extremely well equipped...we were even provided with some basic groceries, and toiletries as well as a good supply of towels. Everything was very clean too 👏🏼 Great train journey into Venice, only takes 30minutes and a return ticket only cost us €7.60 each!

Bedroom balcony door does not close/lock...but not much of a problem due all external balcony doors and windows have security shutters on them. No grocery shops within the immediate vicinity, its a 15 minute walk to the closest one...but its ok if you have a vehicle

We stayed for 7 days in total. Filippo is friendly and welcoming host. The apartment was spacious, clean & very quiet. Great location just a short walk from downtown.
