"It was okay but definitely does not fit the brand of a Stella hotel"

The hotel decor and aesthetics were lovely. Pool areas had very comfortable beds. Just not enough for everyone. They have extremely attentive staff.

This hotel should not be branded as a Stella hotel. It’s not luxury at all. The food and drinks were shocking. At a Stella hotel they should have plastic cocktail glasses instead of little white tumbler glasses. This ruins the look of the hotel. Good was basic and very repetitive.

Die Anlage ist gepflegt und entspricht weitgehend den Fotos. Das Zimmer (mit privaten Whirlpool) war von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit her in Ordnung. Gut ist der Kofferservice beim Check-In. Die Poolanlagen und das Getränkeangebot und ansprechend.

Die Anlage hat in der Realität deutlich mehr Liegen an den Pools wie hier abgebildet und ist insgesamt deutlich größer. Wir haben uns tatsächlich ein kleineres Hotel darunter vorgestellt. Die Auswahl des Essens ist sehr groß, aber qualitativ zu 75% eher auf „Autohof-Niveau“. Im All-Inclusive-Paket sind keine Markengetränke mit enthalten. Der Speisesaal ist zu den Stoßzeiten sehr voll und laut. Der Service ist teilweise überfordert, gibt sich aber viel Mühe.

"Great stay would definitely recommend"

The staff was going above and beyond to satisfy us. We had a great connection with Ocean breakfast team and also with a team in Ble. Your team is top notch ✨ The pools and whole design of area well made and was a pleasure to use it.

For us a big minus was no separation between people who smoke. As a non smoker I have no pleasure to breathing smoke during the dinner or entertainment. These days in most of Europe countries the segregation is make crucial.

"Amazing, will be coming back again"

Amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the absolute best time. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. I was spoilt rotten for my birthday also as they knew I was there for a celebration. Will be going back again.

The a la carte was not to my taste but the service was outstanding.
