New refurbished high end luxurious hotel. Swim up room was spacious and great to have your own sunbeds right outside your door and bice to have robes and slippers. Food was very good, evening buffet was decent, a selection of help yourself standard buffet options and also plated main dishes. Lunch at the pool bar/restaurant was amazing. With the swim up room we got breakfast upstairs in a more secluded restaurant, same food options but nice and quiet/empty, a nice touch. Plenty of options throughout the day to lounge, being the start of April I guess meant we didn't have to fight for places. Bean bags at the pool bar a more chilled area which we loved. Great location next to a quiet beach.

Stayed at the beginning of April and the pool was very fresh! Main lobby was very busy in the evening but we made use of the pool bar which has table service.

Amazing facilities. Big pools, darts and table tennis, massive buffets with varying cuisines each night.

The only downside was one particular staff member. He did not look up from his tablet once whilst we ordered lunch, and proceeded to mumble and call me sir, whilst I am a woman that cannot be mistaken for a man. This was very rude as it would not have happened had he taken a second to greet us or look at us.

Instalações modernas. O buffet (Nomad) é excelente, com muitas opções saudáveis e sempre com pratos diferentes entre refeições - não é o habitual tudo incluído onde as refeições são todas iguais. As sobremesas são maravilhosas! Quarto muito cómodo. Spa lindo e com excelentes instalações.

O serviço dos bares é muito fraco. Funcionários que demoram imenso a registar os pedidos e depois nunca trazem o que foi pedido (claramente inexperientes). Este é mesmo o ponto onde o hotel deverá ter mais atenção pois abala a experiência.

Modern, clean rooms. Ours had a hot tub and fortunately faced away from the swimming pools, which can become quite noisy. Great all inclusive buffet and bar menu, served by really friendly and professional staff. I especially enjoyed that there was a small selection of local Cretan food choices at each meal. It’s directly across the road from a nice beach.

It’s a typical resort hotel packed with tourists making full use of the all inclusive bar. That’s not really our vibe, but it comes down to personal preference.

Schade dass der Pool nicht beheizt war! Wir waren in April dort und hatten an 2 Tagen Pech mit dem Wetter…

Felt luxurious, yet comfortable. Very clean, fun evening entertainment, delicious variety of buffet food

That it never got warm enough to swim 😂.
