Cozy Stylish Downtown Loft

The stay was great, it was a very nice, clean secure place and the area was great as well as everything we needed was within a short distance.

The space is very nice and well furnished. Loved all of the concrete and the bed was very nice. Gated parking area with electronic entry and also electronic entry into the place. Nicest you'll find in St. Louis for the cost.

The listing mentioned 2 beds and pull out couch. Which is true, however one is a a clam shell cot in the closet. Also the shower door was missing a ridge to hold the glass in place at the bottom causing it to swing in. It could have come off of its sliders and injured someone, it had to be proped closed with a wash cloth. We were told the parking pass would be on the table, it was not as the previous tenant took it. We were also told we had to take out the trash etc, which also the previous tenant did not do, so we had to take out thier trash as well. Less than ideal. While paying for a cleaning fee.

Very unfriendly and frustrating conversation via mail I booked that place and payed that much also for the *special feature private pool" but there was no access to the pool you need internet connection to enter the place, I was told there is WiFi outside the building but that was not so So I couldn't get in, nobody of the agency was there to help me with the check in and let me in

Gated parking was convenient and secure. The unit was clean and had all the utensils needed.

There were a few maintenance problems. The garbage disposal was jammed and nonfunctional and the shower door needed adjusting and wouldn’t stay closed. Because of the design of the unit there is no privacy in the bedroom, no door and ceilings are open to the house. There was such an echo!

Area was bad. Bullet holes in the building. Taisha was terrible to deal with. Bed was horrible. Should not be on booking, maybe airbnb.

For the money, the unit was very spacious, almost ashamed i was by myself. Although in a loft apartment complex, the room was relatively quiet. I would stay here again especially for a extend stay.

The location was out of downtown, were I needed to be, but ended up learning the bus routes and using uber. Two other things, both out of the control of the rentee...the bed was too soft (this is me personally as I like a firmer bed) and the unique smell of a non tobacco substance in the lobby. Again both out of the control of the rentee.

Great location, comfortable and attractive space. Definitely appreciated the proximity to St. Louis attractions.

Kitchen and dining space were good, but kitchen and eating utensils were pretty limited.
