"Great apartment for a couple to explore the best of Bologna."

A stylish studio apartment w a well equipped kitchen. Bright and spacious for 2 people. Location was in a good neighborhood to live like a local and explore the city. We were very comfortable during our stay and our host, Fabio went out of his way to be helpful. Grazie mille per tutto.

"Location great but a disappointing stay"

Location good

Water pressure terrible, drain smell in bathroom, neighbour was very loud had a parrot that was not quiet. Most electric sockets didnt work and some were dangerous, balcony was too exposed to other residents.Building work started very early not a very relaxing stay

Fantastic location for a visit to Bologna, with the centre being within comfortable walking distance. It’s a well thought out and designed apartment, perfect for couples.

Water pressure for showering wasn’t great, may have been impacted by the builders below. Thin walls between apartments so you could hear everything going on next door. Nice big bed but very firm!

"Amazing appartment"

Fabio was amazing! Great communication. The appartement really added to our stay in Bologna. Would book again!

Low water pressure. Maybe better blinds for the windows/doors, it was really light in the morning and not a lot of privacy. Also, outside on the patio there is this metal pin sticking out, which was a bit dangerous!
