Italian design small attic

Good location (edge of center, close to park, hills, relatively easy car entry). Quiet (non noise from the street). Nice, bright, cheerful apartment and design. Good quality of materials and equipment. Comfortable bed. You feel personal touch in the design, treatment (nice tips about restaurants etc.). Efficient heating (in twas cold January - not a/c based but a regular heating). Helpful owner (parking, fiootbal match :-), check out).

Two minor things: 1) wall to one neighbour is indeed very thin, you can listen to their tv or (once) "heavy" discussion :-)). Not really disturbing too much though (I was actually spending most of the time in the apartment during the day); 2) low pressure in the shower.

The apartment was absolutely superb! Perfect location too.

Fabio & Donatella are super charming hosts and even produce fabulous wines (cf. Vini Maranesi).

Charming, cute design, super cozy atmosphere, perfect located, close by city park and short walks to all our fav food places 👍🏻

On first night (it was a Wed) the neighbour was playing 90s after midnight for a few hours 🤦🏻‍♀️ just bring ear plugs in case the neighbour is in a mood again 🙃

High ceiling gives spacious feeling even though it is a relatively small studio.

Noise isolation is not great. It is possible to hear the neighbors loud and clear.

Gorgeous little apartment furnished with great art and design. Quality bed, sheets, towels, kitchen furnishings (Alessi) make this apartment so wonderful. Our host, Fabio, was fantastic. Highly recommend!
