"Piso muy bien equipado."

Estaba todo limpio, la cocina estaba bien equipada, con productos básicos de cortesía. El joven que nos atendió fue muy amable.

El comedor es pequeño y si hace mal día y quieres descansar en el apartamento el sofá es pequeño.

"Se dovessi tornare a Venezia soggiornerei a Ca' Maurizio"

Appartamento ben ristrutturato con riscaldamento a pavimento e finestre insonorizzate. Bagno e cucina moderni attrezzati con cura e con ricchezza di accessori. In camera prese bipasso a parete e luci per una visione più che sufficiente, armadio e cassettiera molto contenitiva. Ottima la rete wifi e un raccoglitore ricco di informazioni utili per ogni destinazione. Posizione servita da due linee di autobus (6 e 6L) con destinazione da e per Venezia, raggiungibili in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Al checkin era presente il proprietario che ci ha spiegato quanto ci serviva sapere, mentre per il checkout è stato sufficiente chiudere la porta dietro di noi.

Posto auto privato ma in strada esterno alla proprietà. Se fossimo venuti in moto non sarei stato contento, ma è vero anche che probabilmente, gentilissimo, ci avrebbe consentito di parcheggiarla all'interno.

L'appartamento si trova in un contesto residenziale tranquillo a pochi minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus, è pulito, spazioso e dotato di parcheggio. C'è tutto il necessario per cucinare, l'host è stato gentile e disponibile, tutto perfetto!

"Séjour parfait chez Matteo !"

Logement fonctionnel très propre et bien équipé. Petit jardinet agréable. L’hôte Matteo au top, super sympa et réactif. Venise se situe à une trentaine de minutes en bus, donc pas très loin.
