The apartment (ground floor of a house) is very spacious, bright, modern, and renovated. Everything is tastefully decorated. It’s very clean and tidy. It’s equipped with everything you might need (washing machine, hairdryer, kitchen, real espresso machine, excellent internet, TV in both the living room and bedroom). The bed was very comfortable. The central air conditioning system maintains the temperature perfectly in all rooms. The accommodation is suitable for people with limited mobility or those using wheelchairs. The windows have automatic shutters. There is parking available on the street next to the house fence. In the yard, there is an umbrella, a table, and two chairs for sitting. The host is very kind and helpful. A very nice place to stay in a quiet family neighborhood, we highly recommended.

From the pictures, it seemed like we could park in the yard, but that wasn’t possible when we arrived. The garden is shared with another house entrance, I would recommend some paravane for more privacy. It takes about 13 minutes on foot to get to the bus stop for Venice. The store is about 7 minutes away.

This flat had everything I needed and more. It was well equipped and super clean and a nice and calm area. It is managed by incredibly friendly and attentive hosts that made me feel very welcome and were always there for me when I had a question.

Everything was almost perfect! Quiet place, really close to public transport stops either bus or train. Comfortable inside with everything you need, including very detailed tourist guide written by the owner

Very modern apartment attached to host’s home. Everything superbly clean and comfortable. Easy walk to bus stop for regular buses to Venice, and shop/restaurants nearby.
