Surigao Dream Beach Resort

Nice place with a great infinity pool and sauna, beautyful sunsets, 24/7 working pool, bar. Alex, the owner, is a great guy, who helped us a with travel tips and logistics a lot. He is always at the place, always with a big smile and ready to help, answer your question or just chat. Sauna was a big surprise for us. it’s looks kinda strange to go to the sauna in Philippines where is always hot, but you will be surprised how pleasant it is after an active day exploring surroundins. Hope one day we will come back to Surigao Dream!

Very nice location and friendly staff. Theres a beautiful view of the sea from your room. The owner gave us a ride back to surigao city for free.

It's expensive for the area but at the same time I don't know of any other resorts like it in surigao so it was worth it.

The property was surreal, with a coastal sea view from the room, pool and bar was unbelievable. The host was so welcoming from start to finish and even shared some stories of how the property was constructed whilst sharing a beer or two. It really was a fantastic stay. Totally recommend

We stayed for two nights with the family, and the experience was amazing. The rooms were comfortable, well set up and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The owner is there daily and makes the place warm and welcoming. It's a hidden gem just far enough off the beaten track to be easily reached, but far enough away from it all that it's peaceful and relaxing. And to top it all off, the sunsets are amazing here. Take the time and enjoy them while sitting on your balcony looking out over the sea. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing idyllic experience.

The most beautiful sunset we have seen. The staff were amazing and helped us for anything we wanted. Alex and Emily were the best hosts we’ve had and made us feel at home and relaxed to enjoy the beautiful areas. They picked us up for the airport, dropped us off at the ferry after our stay and also organised and facilitated our tour to the Day Asan floating village and mangroves. The tour was really good with some of the clearest water and corals that we have seen on our trip, riding on the surf board on the back of the boat was a highlight. Alex even took us out on his speedboat for the tour of the coastline complimentary. The food was some of the best in the Philippines that we’ve tried and has a wide variety of choices at a good price. We loved having breakfast and dinner on our private balcony right next to the sea as well as the pool to ourselves in the evening. The paddleboard was also free to use. The Finnish sauna was also a great experience to try at sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the AC and fan was working well. One highlight is having a water fountain directly in the room so you never run out of drinking water. Overall it was one of the best stays in the Philippines and we hope to come back one day.
