Sequoia River Front Cabins

Whatever you do, do NOT stay here. You’d be better off in a tent for the price. When we arrived in the evening, we were shocked by how disgusting it was. The place looked nothing like the photos in the listing. The beds were dirty, there were cockroaches, and the entire cabin felt unclean. When we asked for extra blankets, they were filthy and smelled so bad of smoke we had to leave them outside. We left first thing the next morning and booked another place because it was not habitable. Despite all of this, we were not refunded. To make matters worse, they strung us along and eventually ignored us after contacting them immediately and for several days for a partial refund. They're clearly trying to avoid taking responsibility or issuing a refund. Save yourself the money, stress, and disappointment. Stay somewhere else.

Perfect location, 2 floors, kitchen, bathroom, big patio, bbq.

It’s on a beautiful piece of property right on the river. Unfortunately there was so much junk laying around and so unkept you couldn’t enjoy it. Location was close to Sequoia NP

As stated before, it looked like a junkyard. Everything in unkept, buildings, yard driveway. Room was not clean. Advertised it had a kitchenette, but only had a small microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. They sent us an email and wanted us to wash our dishes before we left, there was no kitchen sink, dish soap, kitchen washcloths. There were no dishes there to wash, we had 1 coffee cup and 2 dirty wineglasses. There was no toaster, toiletries, as advertised . Extremely unhappy with the cabin, we left after 2 nights. We would like the 2 nights refunded to us.

Nothing

Room smelled like natural gas and did not change after maintenance looked at it. Was told it was just leaning from old stove but was still safe. Area outside cabin was a filthy yard and old furniture piled up. Broken refrigerator out in the yard with other old junk piled up. Stove and oven rusted out, refrigerator dirty. We did not stay and had to pay last minute high price for another accommodation. I complained and asked for a partial or full refund because cabin was no where near as promised. Was advised no by owner. I cancelled as requested by owner so she could rent out to someone else by as of 24 hours later there has been no response.

Next to the river and the facility was near shops and restaurant

Wait till you see photos I gonna send you and you'll know what I mean. I'm not wanting to complain and I travel a lot, but this is unbelievable.
