El lugar esta Abandonado, todo el lugar muy sucio, la habitacion sucia, la heladera chorreada adentro con sangre, el baño e inodoro todo sucio y tampoco higienizado, no te brindan cubiertos basicos para comer, afuera montañas de toallas usadas tiradas de meses, mucho mal olor y muy desagradable. LA persona que nos atendio parecia una persona de la calle, toda sucia , con un olor asqueroso. El espacio afuera de la habiatacion que seria para mirar el rio esta todo roto e inseguro, y el camino haca el arrollo esta todo crecido, es peligroso y muy abandonado

Beautiful river front

No soap used dirty disgusting sponge to wash dishes that should have been thrown away. Grease drippings from previous people using the stove. Large spiders with webs that had been there for a very very very long time. Especially the one next to the toilet. Shower was dirty. We did not feel comfortable eating or showering there. Curtains did not block out bright light on deck. Deck wood rotted on railing getting up to house. Place has potential for sure. It just needs some TLC. Way way way overpriced for condition it is in. Very strong pet pee odor upon entering. Upstairs was cute but none of the beds were same kevel to be able to slide together to avoid bright light shining in to the downstairs bedroom area. Large dead bug on light above bed. Great location.

THE OUTSIDE AREA OF THE CABIN WAS DIRTY.

Suggestions: Driveway grade and surface entrance repairs, signage and address clearly visible from both directions, maintenance of grounds and path to river, extend the Internet Wi-Fi access with extenders.
