"Wonderful surprise"

Hilton Spark was purchased eight months ago, it used to be a comfort Inn. All the people were super friendly. The bed was super comfortable because everything in the room was new. The maid service was wonderful, so in a nutshell, I couldn’t complain one bit.

Great hotel at a great price. The hotel is very newly renovated and kept very clean. The breakfast is decent and there is good coffee arrangement as well all day long.

"Won't take accountability for their site errores "

Searched for a houston hotel by the airpirt and I get this hobby airport stuff despite clearly stating Huston international. Never could get a response from the hotel for a ride. Would hotels.com or the hotel make it right!? NO! I'll never use these crooks again. When I finally did contact the hotel, they wouldn't transfer my stay and rudely said they wouldn't refund it. My bank said it was refundable because the hotel and hotels.com messed up! They can eat it! Hahaha!! They lost a 10+ year customer over a $90 stay. Avoid these crooks at all cost.
