Convenient location to our work. Quiet location except for time when ROYAL AIR FORCE flights are in air. Cooling breeze

Freezer was full of ICE restricting FREEZER SPACE. Need a de frost asap.

Our second stay there, location is always great. The park itself is always clean and tidy. The Lodge is very comfortable and a great place to retreat to at the end of the day.

The place could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. Beds made poorly, half a loo roll left when we arrived meaning we had to go out and get more straight away. Outside of the Lodge covered in Cobwebbs, especially around the areas you needed to get to like the door stays and windows. Overall not too bad though.

Negatives: Bedroom light didn’t work on arrival Hoover was full to the brim on arrival Living room clock out of batteries (Minor issues) No hot chocolate/coffee pods and many other things listed in the welcome message.( I didn’t expect this but if mentioned and it’s not their it’s a little disappointing) No lock on main bathroom No lock on master bedroom (As a family we found this an issue with children) Master bedroom would benefit from venetian blinds instead of roller blinds for privacy. Bathroom extractor fan very loud Shower head directs water away from you…. (Considering replacing both these things) No towels(consider mentioning this in bold capitalised text in the welcome message as almost every place we have stayed supplies towels) it’s our fault for not checking however a friendly reminder would help future guests. Oven takes a very long time to cook food (Would benefit from the addition of an air fryer) Wifi signal is very poor and as a result use of the gaming consoles and Netflix is almost not possible. (Consider changing supplier) Pre updating/downloading games onto a console account would help massively as most supplied games have updates or dl sizes of multiple gb’s and on the provided internet would take many hours.) Phone signal is also very bad in the area so was relying on this to work. It states access to the pub is possible without pass however the only accessible pub is actually offsite and down the road a few hundred yards.

The area is nice

We arrived just after 10:15 PM and were really disappointed with what we walked into. There was a used mop sitting on the table, a big bag of laundry by the door, a rubbish bag on the floor, and a pillowcase with some cloths left on the kitchen worktop. There was even another bag of cloths on the other worktop near the door. The main bedroom wasn’t even made — there was a bin and a stool left on the bed, and the duvet cover was just thrown on top. I messaged the number that had been emailed to us on WhatsApp, but it auto-replied saying they might not respond and told us to contact their “very helpful team.” So I sent the same message to the team, which was read at 4:10 AM the next morning — and then completely ignored. Not even a quick “sorry.” We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the double bed because we had no idea if the sheets were clean. There were supposed to be coffee and chocolate pods for us to use, but there were none. The shower was awful — the water came out so fast and thin it felt like needles hitting your skin. The shower floor was soft and kind of weird to stand on and didn't feel stable. And one of the toilets is just not usable for a woman — the sink is so close you can’t even sit properly, let alone wipe comfortably. There was also dirty tinfoil left in the oven from whoever stayed before us — something that should have been sorted before we arrived. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay with this host again. Tattershall Lakes itself looked lovely, and I’d maybe go back there, but definitely not with these people. A simple apology would’ve gone a long way, but we didn’t even get that.

No coffee pods no Netflix hoover didn't work,bathroom way 2 small,don't think I'll stop again.when in shower feels like flooring is going to give way.no washing machine like it states or tumble dryer

The lodge was very clean & tidy & ideally situated (in line with Coningsby runway) for aircraft spotting (night flying).

Confined space in toilet/bathrooms. The site was much larger than expected - It took 10+ mins from lodge to site entrance & signage was poor.

The caravan is immaculately clean, fully stocked for all essentials that you need. The location is great especially for the typhoons at RAF Coningsby. A lovely quiet part of the complex, which is what we prefer away from all the hustle and bustle of the amenities. Instructions for arrival and communication from Louise was 1st class. Thank you

Not so much didn’t like but the bathrooms are very small for the use of the toilets.
