Stunning historic property in a super location The bikes where such a surprise bonus meaning I was able to cover all the old town comfortably in a short amount of time :)

Location, comfy, well priced

Our fault but we had trouble with the lock pad and no one one site to help. Told we would have to pay if manager had to come help. The unlock button was not intuitive especially when not used to it and using at night in the dark. Perhaps at check in the manager could demonstrate as others have made same mistake.

The appartment is really big and great located. It's pretty much walking distance to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. The contact person is very nice and helpful as well. Also they let us leave our luggage after the check out for a few hours in their museum at the other side of the street. The bed, the livingroom and the air-condition are great. You have more than enough space for everything. If it was a hotel it would be named a suit. Good quality price. Would book it again.

The bathroom! It was the smallest bathroom we had in our 2 month asia trip. It only featured a toilet and a shower. While showering on one side you were touching the wall and on the other the toilet. I guess that's also the reason that there are no pictures of the bathroom at booking. For the sink you need to leave the room and wash your hands around the corner in the living room. Toilet brush lying on the ground, which you will flood while showering. So not very hygienic. Also you couldn't cover all the windows and gaps. When leaving the bathroom people could see you from the outside through a window and in the other direction through a big gap next to the door. No fridge in the room. The photos of the kitchen are a downstairs and shared with everyone.

It was great, the best accommodation we have ever had in Malaysia. Clean everywhere, kitchen and washing machine. Old town center. Thanks to the family who owns this house!

Everything was great!

The location is perfect for tourists. Close to great food and local sights, you can walk. The local host Fazeela is very friendly and answers very quickly if you have any issue or question! Thank you

My room was facing the street so i had to sleep with earplugs, but i slept fine. The toilet is in the room separated with glass walls. I was alone so it was no problem for me :)

Beautiful traditional building in the heart of Georgetown. The building is so pretty that tourists take photos of it! A comfortable stay with excellent facilities and friendly staff. There is a fully stocked kitchen and washing machine which made the place feel like home.

It would be good to have a couple of spare pillows in the rooms - the ones provided were a little soft
