"Chambre du rc très bruyante mais très spacieuse."

Ils demandent 1000 pesos de caution en arrivant alors que ce n'est noté nulle part . À 7h45 il n'y avait plus rien au petit déjeuner .on a eu en tout et pour tout 4 rondelles de banane, 2 fines(0,5 cm) tranches de pasteque ,une biscotte et une mini viennoiserie.les canalisations ne sont pas isolées.

la piscine est sympa bon petit déjeuner très propre

le personnel peu chaleureux (exemple : j'ai demandé des infos pour faire une sortie dans la baie de sian kaan à la réception , je n'ai jamais eu de suite) il faut faire la queue pour le petit déjeuner le matin (salle de restaurant trop petite) salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre (pas de porte + pas de rideaux sur les fenêtres donc il ne faut pas être gêné par la lumière du jour)
