הצוות! היה מעולה תמיד נענה לכל בקשה תוך דקה שתיים כבר הביאו מה שביקשנו

אל תקחי ארוחת בוקר, כל אחד מנה אחת ומים או קפה ממש מעפן, לא שווה בענינו.

Great central location

The pool area is really nice and relaxing.

The welcome is already annoying. You get told a million rules, have to pay lots of deposit, sign many things like you might be a criminal... The hotel was empty and yet even an hour check-out later was not possible free of charge. At night we expected a really quiet night but it was ultra loud both nights. Not sure if it was the generator or what it was but made it impossible to sleep properly. The staff at breakfast again made you feel really unwelcome. They explain the menu and what you're allowed to order and when you order extra, they reiterate many times that you have to pay extra, just to make sure you have the money.... And then there's check out where again, they treat you like you might be a bad behaved person where they go to the room first to check if you left the room in a decent state before releasing the money. So while you're waiting you get eaten alive by mosquitos.

Super mooie accommodatie. Veel ruimte en faciliteiten beschikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel en stonden te hulp waar nodig.

Matras van het bed was erg hard.

El hotel es súper bonito.. una belleza.

Fuimos en temporada baja y a pesar de que el hotel estaba al 20% de ocupación nos pusieron en una habitación con vistas a un muro. Se lo comentamos al recepcionista a ver si nos podía cambiar pero nos dijo que no; que solo tenía esa disponible. Una incongruencia!! La zona de la azotea, al ser temporada baja ya.poco la tienen preparada ni hamacas ni nada. Me parece muy triste que por ser temporada baja no podamos disfrutar del hotel en plena actividad.

La habitación super cómoda y de gran tamaño. La ubicación es excelente esta cerca tanto del centro como de la zona hotelera. Hay un supermercado a una cuadra. Las personas que trabajan ahi son muy cordiales y te ayudan en lo que necesitas.

En gral todo es de gran nivel, solo tuvimos un problema con el servicio en el desayuno el que al siguiente dia fue resuelto

Ubicación, concepto, pileta en la terraza, comida, privacidad y serenidad del lugar.

No saber antes que la pileta de la terraza no se climatiza.

Great hotel and facilities, we moved here from another hotel due to the power cutting out frequently, Prana had their own generator so we knew we would have guaranteed power. Pool and rooftop were lovely, as were the rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was fine.

Bed was a little hard and our room didn’t have any natural light but we booked very last minute and may have considered a better room if planned better.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr schön angelegt. Die Pool-Area ist sehr schön und gemütlich und es gibt überall coole Bereiche zum Wohlfühlen: die Liegen am Pool, die Poolbar, das Sofa bei der Rezeption, die traumhafte Dachterrasse mit Bar… Das (inklusive) Frühstück im Niido-Restaurant ist a la Carte und einfach köstlich. Die Lage ist super. Fast schräg gegenüber ist ein riesiger Supermarkt, nette Restaurants, Fahrradverleih, um zum Strand zu fahren und nach Downtown kann man auch bequem laufen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute Wohlgefühlt! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub in Tulum!!!

Uns hat alles gefallen… die Zimmer sind vielleicht ein wenig hellhörig (also wenn jemand auf dem Flur redet oä). Da sollte man nicht empfindlich sein. Für uns war das aber kein Problem.
