Prana Boutique Hotel Tulum

Boa estrutura, vista muito bonita e funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Só a parte do café da manhã que tivemos que esperar um tempo considerável pois não tinha mesas disponiveis.

Beautiful public spaces & friendly staff. Near Tulum Centro (walking distance from restaurants and street food) and main bike path to the beach (parque del jaguar and hotel zone).

Curfew for all public areas at 9pm and the jacuzzi turn off at 5pm ("because of the noise..."). This makes it not very convenient to use the facilities in the evening after a day at the beach. To be reasonable it should be open till 10pm and let the jacuzzi open until that time too. Inconsistency in "free" breakfast with a day of buffet of bread, fruits and yogourt and the other day where you have to pay $60mxn for an extra slice of bread...

Otroligt trevlig personal, bra läge, cykelavstånd till stranden och nära centrum. Bra streetfood i omgivningen. Bra frukost.

Kaffet smakade vatten på frukosten men det är det enda negativa.

Hotel is very nice, clean, in the centre of the town, all restaurants, shops very easy accessible, with car parking in the front of the hotel. 24/7 reception desk with very kind personal, always helpful. And the welcome drink when we arrived!

Breakfast was only from the menu, coffee, tea or water and done. Last day they change a bit with more options. Small window leakage in the toilet which caused for some water on the floor. Roof top bar was closed, but also this time it was not a high season.
