"Good for an overnight stay. Earplugs provided as the properties near a roundabout but we didn’t need them"

The room , breakfast . Lovely hot water. Large room with a writing desk. A good set up

I’m not sure that some properties vacuum.

"A much needed peaceful stay"

The property was a short walk from the town centre, very easy to find. The owners were friendly and extremely accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing, highly recommended staying here x x

"We only stayed one night and the location was perfect for us, landlady was very friendly and helpful."

Landlady was lovely, breakfast superb and central to our needs

Bedroom/ensuite deco not to our taste, shower area needed a bit of work on. Very close to a busy road. However ear plugs were supplied.

full english breakfast very good and a nice selection of cereals and fruit. Lovely pot of tea. I was with mother; wife and son and daughter and all enjoyed their breakfast.

I am a decorator so couldn't help notice water stains etc in some of the rooms. This did not effect my enjoyment but might others. Bed sheet had cat or dog hair in it and looked as if muddy cat footprints. If i had mentioned this i know it would have been changed however
