L’appartement est très bien situé très proche d’une petite boucherie très sympathique. On trouve a quelques pas deux petites surfaces de proximité dans lesquelles on trouve du lait frais, du vin de bonne qualité et des fruits et légumes. On est a cent mètres d’un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre le S3 qui mène à la gare. La rue est propre et la maison bien tenue.
L’éclairage du séjour ( une seule applique) et du coin cuisine (inexistant) A peu de frais on pourrait: - changer l'éclairage froid par une lumière chaude - mettre un lampadaire pour éclairer la table - une bande led sous les armoires de cuisine pour éclairer le plan de travail et l’evier - un spot pour mettre en valeur le très beau plafond peint

5 min zum Piazza del Campo, perfekt Kommunikation mit Jessica ebenfalls super, es war alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, Kaffee mit Espressomaschine war vorhanden, Frühstückskörbchen, kleine Terrasse...sehr empfehlenswert

Great central location! Outside space off bedroom. Great new washer! Could hang clothes on rack outside. Responsive and engaged host. Asked if we were ok. Loved the painted ceiling in one room. Traditional old apartment.
Outlets were tricky but worked. Fan didn’t work but owner offered to replace it right away. We decided we were ok without.
