"Excellent hotel in a great location"

Situated right next to Leeds Station and within easy walking distance of Leeds City centre this hotel is in an ideal location. The hotel is very modern and the staff are excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. The soundproofing of the room was excellent ensuring we got a great nights sleep. Would happily stay here again.

Price of drinks in sky bar very expensive Reception not very knowledgeable when asked about bus to harewood house So we had to google find it ourself

The breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choice and very well presented.

The public rooms were 'cold', not physically, but there are no soft furnishings and therefore they are not very comfortable and they are very noisy. The cocktail bar on the top floor was so noisy it was not comfortable at all. We couldn't chat to our friends so left very quickly. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she said "Lots of people say that" and when asked why nothing was done about it, she just shrugged her shoulders...
