It was actually problem with booking.com. I booked the room via them. Hotel staff on arrival could not find my booking even with reference number etc. It took nearly half an hour after various thing they founfd my booking. This happened before also in my few other hotel booking when i booked with booking .com. Please fix this issue and make your communication better. Otherwise in future I won't book via you.

We liked the location. It was a lovely hotel , with friendly staff Very clean tidy

The toilet in the bathroom it didn't work properly during the night I didn't report during the night because did not want to wake my wife up We informed the lady at reception as we check out The lady said sorry and that was it

Location is always great

I have been staying here regularly and often book for family to stay. This time was different and staff were difficult and refused to let my sister check in despite providing all the relevant information. My sister was made to feel embarrassed in the lobby and after speaking with the hotel reception on the phone they were more difficult and unhelpful to resolving the booking. Really disappointed as we always enjoy staying here and have never had any issues over the last 5 years
