Lo staff alla fine che non è stato corretto in quanto ci ha tenuto metà della cauzione (150€) per un segno nella lavastoviglie che probabilmente c'era anche prima. State attenti fate video appena arrivate che la cauzione sembra fatta apposta per fare profitto perché dopo che lo staff ha controllato i due appartamenti e non ha trovato niente è tornato nel primo e si è fiondato subito nella lavastoviglie come se lo sapesse già e inventando scuse dicendo che doveva chiamare la casa costruttrice della lavastoviglie (assurdo :x) Poi ci siamo ritrovati ad essere divisi in due strutture diverse e ci avevano detto che la cauzione complessiva era di 300€ invece appena arrivati lo staff ci ha detto che era di 600€, 300€ ad appartamento. (Allegato foto del segno nella lavastoviglie) The staff was ultimately unfair, keeping half of our deposit (€150) for a mark in the dishwasher that was probably there before. Be careful, take a video as soon as you arrive; the deposit seems to be designed to make a profit. After the staff checked both apartments and found nothing, they returned to the first one and immediately went to the dishwasher as if they already knew, making excuses by saying they had to call the dishwasher manufacturer (absurd :x). Then we found ourselves split between two different properties, and they told us the total deposit was €300. However, upon arrival, the staff told us it was €600, €300 per apartment.
