Proprietatea eliberează factură. Camera, patul și lenjeria foarte curate, la bucătărie găsești tot ce dorești inclusiv cafea, zahar, ulei, condimente, veselă... absolut tot ce trebuie.

Baia cam învechită și foarte mică.

Proprietarul a fost amabil, garsoniera este curata si frumos amenajata. Are toate dotarile necesare.

Probabil blocul este proaspat zugravit si la intrare nu este scris numarul blocului, nr. scara... Pentru mine a fost complicat sistemul de preluare al cheii. Daca vii seara, locul unde este amplasata cutia cu cheia este mai greu de localizat si nu se pot vedea cifrele pentru a putea deschide cutia ca sa iei cheia.
