We loved the apartment and were very appreciative of the parking space. It's a very nice area and extremely convenient for the centre of Guildford. Also the apartment is not too far from the end of the 'Hog's Back', so can be relatively easily accessed if the traffic is not too heavy.

The beds were on the hard side, however we all had a good night's sleep by putting part of the duvet underneath us, but this will only work with a large duvet and a single person. We always felt somewhat uncomfortably 'exposed' in the bathroom because of the lack of a blind. The front door was quite difficult to open from the inside, my wife was worried she might have had difficulty getting out if there was a fire.

The location is very near to the high street, peacefull and quiet at night. The communication with the host is very smooth through texts. It's nice to have free parking.

Liked the location within very easy walking distance to Guildford. Property felt a title but tired although it was clean.

Easy walking distance both from the station and the high-street. Clean and spacious rooms- definitely suitable for a family. I found it helpful to find some teas, coffees, breakfast, seasonings and dry foods in stock in the kitchen. It was a nice welcoming touch!

Check out time was 10am- wanted a nice lay in for Sunday so I had to extend the stay at the last minutes. The host was quick to respond and the price for extension was quite reasonable.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in Guildford. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the town center, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the area is peaceful and quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the biggest advantages is the on-site parking, which is a rare find in such a central location. It made my trip so much more convenient, especially since I didn’t have to worry about finding a space or paying extra fees. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were welcoming and provided excellent communication throughout. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guildford—whether for business or leisure. We will definitely stay here again!
