Dejamos nuestra equipaje guardado y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que al volver no estaba una de las mochilas. Por suerte apareció al otro dia en el aeropuerto. Una cosa de locos. Pero nuestras vacaciones ya estaban arruinados ya que nos la pasamos en recepción esperando alguna respuesta. Encima nos dicen que el equipaje quedaba guardando asumiendo el riego. Cuando EN NINGUN LADO VIMOS QUE HUBIERA UN CARTEL QUE DIGA QUE ELLOS NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLE. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Excellent location, very clean, no noise from street

Bit pokey for 5 adults, booked through Booking.com but received communication both from Booking.com and then a separate email address, wasn't told this until the night before we arrived so I wondered if I hadn't reached out via both methods, would they have bothered contacting me...this was stressful and quite disappointing but received codes for access just before arrival so I suppose it worked out in the end...

Amazing! Pictures didn’t do it justice - I think it showed a basement flat but actually the apartment was on the first floor and was one of the best I’ve stayed in recently. Very clean, very comfortable and had a great night’s rest. Nice lounge and kitchen and comfortable bedroom, all modern and with great fittings. All kitchen things were super clean. Very happy. Short walk to Bold Street and central to university district.

Really small things could just make it perfect and bring it up to similar standard of other places: a coffee machine for example, and not asking for credit card details by email when online payment options are available for companies to use. I had to kneel on the floor to enter the long door code… but otherwise had a great stay. Highly recommended.
