Cameron was given access for No 6, not No 5, so was in the flat when I arrived. Then moved to No5.

The accomodatoin was excellent, great location and very clean. Really good value for money. I would definitely stay again.

The only issue was that they asked me to email a copy of my photo id and bank details to them - which is against the advice of booking.com. I chose to do this in person instead which meant going to the reception which is in a different building a 5 minute walk away from the appartment. They took a £200 security deposit which seems to take a few days to return.

We were double booked and not given a suitable alternative to enable us to stay in Liverpool. We had events planned that we had to cancel and had to travel back to London on the Friday at extra expense. Completely wrecked our long weekend that we had planned for months to celebrate one of our group’s birthday. Offered accommodation that we hadn’t booked that was only a 30 minute cab ride out of the city centre that we had booked and paid for is not an alternative. Booking.com then suggested a property in Crosby, which if anyone knows the area knows isn’t anywhere near the centre of Liverpool.

Good size for one person, good location, a ten minute walk to the Lime Street Train station. When I noted to the staff via email that the TV remote batteries were dead (just as info for them, I don't really watch much TV), they sent someone to change the batteries within a few minutes - very appreciative for that.

I arrived at the property quite early - but, I was told I could drop my bags off early none-the-less. When I got there, I messaged the managers several times, it took over 90 minutes, standing by the door before someone finally responded. Then I had to then go to a different location to drop the bags off. But I must note that the staff was very pleasant & polite throughout. WiFi would cutout frequently.

The location is quite close to the city centre with cheap car park very close by. Not too much noise at night, which you could get your sleep alright.

Very central and clean Perfect for a visit to Liverpool

Easy to get to accommodation. Quiet area. Ideal base for attending conference.

Perfect location for Philarmonic Hall for a concert, close to bars & restaurants. I liked how the lounge/kitchen were on a separate floor to the 2x bedrooms & bathroom. Plenty of toilet rolls, shower gel, towels, good powerful shower. Good sized wardrobe in the main bedroom with plenty of hangers & extra warm bedding. Wall heaters throughout were excellent and kept the apartment very warm. Lovely old beam in the bedroom, nice lighting. Easy to access the property with digital keypad. Friendly team who were very responsive to messages/emails.

Double bed was very springy & uncomfortable, one of the single bed's seemed to sag in the middle. Didn't like having to provide ID for all the guests, seemed a bit intrusive, but it was clearly written on the description so I cannot complain. Also, I was wary of emailing my credit card details to hold £300 deposit, but I rang the team and they took it by phone.
