Stefania's place was absolutely perfect, such a gorgeous little apartment, beautifully furnished and pristine cleanliness. Stefania herself was such a lovely host and we were so appreciative of her kindness, generosity, and local recommendations. She went above and beyond to help me get my sweater back when I accidentally left it behind! Cannot recommend her apartment enough, perfect place to see beautiful Modena!

"Not good for older people."

It is a very nice apartment for young people.

The stairs are very bad for older people. The parking is not good. Everything in the apartment maps etc are in Italian.

This little apartment is in a great location and is perfect for exploring Modena.

We found the parking difficult but that was mainly due to language challenges and understanding the various parking signs.
