Modena Centro Junior Suite

App is newly renovated and well located. Perfect to discover Modena. 2 air condition systems were in place to keep us cool during this sweltering heat 🥵🙏🏻 the host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Water pressure was a bit on and off, no hot water after a minute (which didn't bother us in this heat!).

I loved the location, the host's friendliness and attention to details. Very comfortable stay for a good price.

Apartment was prepared for three people. There was free coffee, tea, and basics (salt pepper, oil, etc.) if you need to prepare meals. Kitchen towel, selective garbage bins, and sorts are all welcome, if you like to prepare food in-room. Free Wi-Fi is perfect. Air conditioning was working properly. Sheets, towels and pillows (etc.) were clean. Room nicely furnished. The PlayStation 3 with four games was a surprise bonus. Very helpful host. Clear instructions for arrival and departure including recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing and other necessary and important stuff (hospitals and the like).

The only problem was with water pressure and temperature. surely it has something to do with the building being around 300 years old. Surely all the plumbing etc is new but there was not enough water pressure. Because of it it was hard get a constant temperature of water in the shower. The boiler could not sustain the temperature. One has to cope with temp. fluctuating from very hot to lukewarm (or even cold). So continuous playing with the taps was necessary while taking a shower.

The apartment is fully equipped, on a great location, in the city center basically. It takes 5 mins walk to the main square. Parking is also sorted out by the host. The host is truly wonderful and easy to communicate with!

The room was lovely and clean. Not as big as I thought, based on advert, but still a very good standard. The apartment building was OK but As a couple in our 60s it was a surprise to find we had stone stairs to contend with after the elevator stopped on 3rd floor . ( we were on the 4th floor) .. but we managed it and got used to it. It was very close to all that is on offer in Modena. There was also wine, coffee , olive oil, and a very nice quality Balsamic vinegar waiting for us... all for a very reasonable price in the heart of the city. You might not meet the host personally but they check in regularly with advice, tips and genuine friendliness. I highly recommend this accommodation.
