Beautique Apartament Panoramic View on People Palace

l'appartement est agréable, propre et bien situé la propriétaire habite l'appartement juste à côté mais malheureusement ne gère pas l'appartement

la cuisine est très peu fonctionnel quasi impossible de réellement cuisiner, plus de réchaufer des plats (plaque induction avec ustensibles incompatibles et très usés , équipements incohérents (faire cuire un steak dans une casserole est fun), ) le gestionnaire est catastrophique : informations fausses pour arriver, difficulté de trouver l'appartement (erreur sur le numéro du bâtiment), absolument aucun services du gestionnaire : nous lui avons écrit par whatsapp : aucune réponses, la seule communication a été pour nous demander un très très bon commentaire trois fois !!! TROP

This apartment was so comfortable and cosy. Well equipped kitchen with comfortable bed. The shower was always hot and powerful. Very secure building. The view from the balcony over Bucharest from the 7th floor is amazing. Owner kindly left me a birthday cake and sweets which was a lovely surprise. The sofa in the lounge was comfortable with a great smart TV. Coffee pods were very welcome also. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for our stay. Recommend to all. 😊👍

The main road is one of the busiest in Bucharest and always full of hooting, peeping and sirens- light sleepers may need earplugs ?

Intr-adevar parchetul face un usor zgomot dar pentru noi nu a fost deranjant, este parchet de lemn reconditionat, probabil e normal sa faca asa. In rest pozitie perfecta, apartament dotat, n-am vazut sa fie problema cu mobila, baia etc. las cateva poze facute de mine.

Everything fine, the apartment is as in the pictures, the bathroom has a water heater and in the kitchen there is a coffee maker and microwave. I didn't meet the host but he left me coffee and candy in the apartment.Excellent location

L'appartamento è in una bellissima posizione, centrale e molto servita da locali, market e trasporti. È nuovo, accogliente e pulito. Facile accesso tramite codice elettronico. La cucina è servita da elettrodomestici, stoviglie e condimenti necessari alla cottura dei cibi! 👍🏻 Luminoso e accogliente. Dispone di biancheria da bagno e da letto. Non ho incontrato il proprietario ma è stato molto gentile nei nostri contatti via internet.

Se devo trovare un difetto...scricchiola un pò troppo il pavimento in legno.

La posizione dell'appartamento è al centro

Le foto dell'appartamento non rispecchiano in parte lo stato attuale, il parquet molto rumoroso al calpestio, se di notte si deve andare in bagno è un impresa per cercare di non far rumore, pannelli box doccia usurati, pressione dell'acqua accettabile.

Muy buena ubicación, realmente llegas andando a todo, en ese aspecto es perfecto.

No estaba muy limpio. La ducha estaba sucia y los muebles con polvo. La alfombra del baño tampoco era limpia. Creo que deben de controlar eses aspectos. El apartamento si no lo cuidan en breve estará ya muy machacado
