Beautique Apartament Panoramic View on People Palace

Bardzo fajny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Przyjemny kontakt z wlascicielem , nawet jak czegoś brakowało właściciel starał sie szybko dostarczyć. Akcesoria w kuchni słabo wyposażone, ale nie gotowaliśmy wiec dla mnie to nie minus.

Super lokalizacja, w pobliżu metro. Blisko do większości atrakcji. Apartament na VII pietrze , skąd fajne widoki, niestety poniżej mega ruchliwa, jedna z głównych ulic miasta.

Apartament na VII pietrze, stSłabe wyposażenie w kuchni apartamentu ( gospodarz wiedział że wynajmuje dla 4 osób, brakowało kubków, szklanek łyżeczek, widelców etc.) Dla podróżujących w okresie letnim ( my byliśmy w sierpniu) zdecydowanie brakuje klimatyzacji w sypialni, było okropnie duszno, pot lał się z człowieka i nie można spać w takich warunkach, a klimatyzacja w drugim pokoju nie dawała rady żeby schłodzić oba pomieszczenia, dla mnie to spanie to była masakra!!! W końcu 2 osoby spały na podłodze w pierwszym pokoju! Otwarty balkon nic nie daje, ze względu na maga ruchliwą ulicę za oknem ( samochody, karetki etc. jeżdżą całą noc.)Poza tym wszystko ok.

Buena situación para conocer Bucarest muy cerca andando del casco antiguo de la ciudad, la estación del metro está enfrente del portal. El apartamento esta muy bien, bonito y equipado con todo lo necesario. La comunicación con el dueño muy buena responde rápidamente a todo lo que necesites.

Good location. Close to old town.

In the years I have used booking.com and other hotel/apartment platforms, I have never had to complain about an experience in such a way. On first entering the apartment, the entrance to the apartment was dark and eery with smashed windows. There was also water dripping from where there were electrics. We didn’t let the host know because we gave it the benefit of the doubt given they may not have responsibility for the entrance. A resident told us it was safe in the building so this reassured us. When entering the apartment, the smell coming from the bathroom was the worst smell I have ever experienced. It was a damp smell. I told the host this along with the fact that there was no iron. The host did not respond to the damp smell but did courier an iron which I was grateful for. On the second day, we was out of the apartment all day. When we returned, there was a bug Infestation all over the one wall by the light. We were horrified. I let the host know immediately and left the apartment and booked another one. The next day I had extremely aggressive messages from the host who told me I lied about the bugs and also that there was an iron. The iron was apparently in the dresser (I had already looked here therefore I can only either assume it was missed or the host put it there when cleaning that day). Whilst the host was arguing with me about the iron (which he or she could return because the receipt was left on the table), they failed to recognise the fact that we had to leave an apartment, and leave our luggage in Bucharest as we were advised that they could be bed bugs so we didn’t want to take any of our luggage back with us. The host went as far as to say that we are from India (and therefore wanted a free stay). They also said we brought the bugs and left them there!! The host says they are little mosquito’s - I disagree, but if there is an infestation of mosquito’s and this is ‘normal’, guests should be pre-warned before booking.
