Charming newly renovated 3 bed cottage in Brecon town with private garden & pets welcome

Inside was clean and stylish, kitchen equiped well, beds comfortable.

Outside needed a tidy up, clean windows, better fittng outer doors before winter!

Location, close to the town centre. Clean and tidy and just as described. Very reasonably priced.

Looked ok, but unfortunately, that was as far as it went. Has the potential to be much better! Parking was easy. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the smell of what seemed like damp but wasn't as it turned out that it was a wet mop, but the smell lingered. The sofa bed stunk and was extremely uncomfortable. Bedrooms upstairs had a bed and a rail, so nowhere to put anything apart from the floor, also beds really weren't very comfortable. Could do with quite a few extras adding!

Bath was disabled to keep water usage low but after 14 mile walks it would have been much better. Understandable to keep water usage down.

The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very glad for the tea coffee and little kitchen bits provided. Great location just outside the town centre.
