OVA Apartments Tulum

El entorno es maravillos, rodeado de plantas y jardines maravillosos, su puente sobre el rio lleno de peces de colores crea un ambiente hermosos, llegamos muy tarde y el anfitrion nos permitio salir mas tarde, muchas gracias por eso. El personal muy amable, el espacio finamente decorado con muebles de madera muy hermosos, fino y elegante. Tienes todo a la mano, desde infromacion turistica hasta ir caminando a la playa son 7 a 10 minutos. Regresaremos en unos meses sin pensarlo, es mas haremos home office en ese espectaclar lugar. La piscina sin palabras con el puente de cristal ( piscina ) donde atraviesas de torre a torre . Calidad precio muy por debajo de lo que en realidad es. Gym muy bien equipado, elevadores, cama super comoda, muy muy limpio.

Quedarme tan poco tiempo, pero regresaremos una temporada larga. Nos dijeron que lo rentan para homme office por larga estancia.

Departamento verdaderamente de lujo. Impecable y muy confortable. El lugar es maravilloso. Recomendable 100% Volveremos

el lugar es hermoso, un enclave de la selva a 300 metros del mar!....tranquilidad absuluta. La vista desde la alberca es espectacular, La alberca tiene un puente transparente que es muy emocionante. El apartamento es realmente de lujo, es nuevo y esta muy limpio é impecable. La proxima vez iremos por mas dias.

Rip off. I have booked this place and told them i will arrive late and my friend will come before me so please give him the key. So when he came they told him that we have to pay and booking just did reservations, and that was not true! Booming took half of the accommodation money. So when i came there we call them but they already cancelled reservation!!!! And they doubled us the price for the stay!!!!!! We had to pay cause we just wanted to have some rest after such a long flight!!!! Big scam big rip off

The pool was nice. The communication with the host was good and the keyless entry was good.

There was no access to running water the entire time we were there. I reached out to the host to see about a refund, which was denied, hence the 1.0 rating. The building was still under construction and there were no elevators.

It’s such a beauty place! It gave me peace of mind that even when is an apartment the host contact me directly and explained the step by step of the check in. I saw some comments regarding the check in but my opinion is that the other guests didn’t read all the information the host provides, cause honestly they explain ALL! I’d love to come back!

This was part of our honeymoon trip! The hostess was incredible nice and even gave us some advice of where to go! We felt we had the entire building for ourselves. And to be honest, we enjoy it quite a lot! We will totally came back again , hopefully soon!

We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned 2 weeks since our stay The check-in process was a pain and is all done over WhatsApp which didn’t inspire us with confidence given that booking.com advises you not to share payment details outside of their platform. There is also a surcharge for paying by card The address supplied isn’t exactly correct and we found that taxi drivers couldn’t locate the building. The best thing to tell them is that the entrance to the site is across the road from Habitas beach club The building (and the identical one next door) is still being built and there are construction workers on site almost all day. They weren’t disruptive but the noise was. What’s more disappointing is that this wasn’t mentioned on the listing whatsoever. Presumably due to the ongoing construction we experienced power cuts every morning There are exposed electrical wires in the ceiling of the bedroom The apartment was advertised as having 1 bedroom. This is true but the reality is it’s a 2 bedroom apartment and the second room is occupied by other people (presumably tenants or other holidaymakers). The door is locked but as it’s technically part of the apartment there is zero soundproofing which we found rather uncomfortable The lift / elevator wasn’t operational so this isn’t the place for you if you have lots of baggage, a pram, or need you somewhere that’s accessibility friendly

The apartment itself is beautiful, big, well equipped and with a nice design. The kitchen was useful and the rooftop pool is a plus! Welcome by the owner was nice and we got to check in earlier than 17h which was appreciated on a rainy Sunday.

The building is still in construction so there was noise and workers during the day. Worst, the building next door is being constructed so it's not possible at all to enjoy the pool (loud construction noises all day as well as construction workers having clear view of pool & sunbeds). The owner promised us when we arrived on Sunday that this place was quiet and perfect to enjoy the outdoor rooftop pool. On Monday, we discovered it wasn't true at all because of the constructions going on... There is no soundproofing with the apartment next door so we could hear our neighbors conversations. The jacuzzi didn't work (water was pouring (cold) but it didn't turn on). To sum up, when we booked, none of the above things were written in the description, no warnings, and only positive comments. The booking wasn't cancelable. We would not have booked if we had known about the construction, and we feel scammed.

SCAM!! - this was a terrible experience for us - we left after one night, and sacrificed our payment. We liked the pool and the gym

SCAM!! - do not rent from Arova. We ended up with a different room than anticipated, which was actually a lock off bedroom from the apartment next door. With poor privacy; we could hear everything the neighbours were doing, and I mean everything. All conversations, using the toilet, moving chairs around and bringing people back for a party early in the morning. We didn’t get any sleep at all. And when we spoke to aroma they offered no assistance. Aside form this, the place is still under construction!! There are workers all around.
