The beds in the 2 smaller bedrooms were terrible - mattresses had no padding and couldn’t be slept on

Všetko. Karavan je nádherný, veľmi čistý a voňavý. Od otvorenia dverí som sa cítila ako doma, ten pocit bol úžasný. V karavane som bola prvýkrát a ťažko sa mi odchádza naozaj milujem tu každú sekundu. Spalo sa tu vynikajúco, sprcha bola príjemná, ľudia príjemní, neďaleko je bar so živou hudbou a arkáda pre deti. Cítila som sa tu veľmi bezpečne a príjemne. Strávila som tu svoje narodeniny a vďaka krásnym pocitom a zážitkom budú nezabudnuteľné. Odporúčam maximálne toto čarovné a pokojné miesto.

Was a nice size and had a homely feel on arrival with little trinkets throughout. It was a nice location and quiet with seating on the decking to relax in the sun. The beds were made up with fresh linen on and towels left and two toilets, which meant no fighting over one.

After arrival on closer look we noticed it wasn't actually that clean considering it had been done by professionals. They had most likely skimmed over parts and not moved things to clean under them or behind, my children's feet were black on the bottom after walking on the floors. We found animal hairs everywhere and the tops off strawberries round the sofa. When we went to close the blinds in the evening we found they were actually broken in places and some of the soft furnishings really need replacing, this really began to give the caravan an unloved feeling. The boiler was not working due to low pressure and when we contacted owner they said it should be in guidebook on how to fix it as it would take so long to message instructions. I said there was nothing in guidebook and no reply, my husband ended up looking on YouTube how to fix it, owner soon replied when we said we fixed it. I ended up buying cleaning products and cleaning the caravan as it felt grubby and the cutlery was all stained so we didn't eat there. The cushions on the seats outside had holes from cigarette burns and cigarette ends just thrown off the decking. We ended up leaving a night early as we'd just had enough and wanted to go home. I've been a professional cleaner and I would be ashamed to deliver that level of cleanliness. It is a lovely caravan but needs some love putting back into it. If you don't have very high expectations for cleanliness, then this is the caravan for you.

Upholstery shredded ,curtains held together by tie wraps ,door had to be lifted to open and lifted to close.blinds broken .Arrived 1.15 to find cleaners bringing out bags of rubbish,l paid £30 for early check in .Still not received refund .
